§ 14-13. Violation; penalty.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter or the regulations issued pursuant to the authority contained herein or to willfully obstruct, hinder or delay any member of the civil emergency organization in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter or any regulation issued hereunder. Any violation of this chapter shall be considered as a misdemeanor and shall be punishable in accordance with section 1-8.
