§ 7-13. Penalties.

Any person, party, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $100.00, nor more than $1,000.00, together with the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of forfeiture and costs of prosecution shall be imprisoned until such forfeiture and costs are paid, but not exceeding 30 days. Each day's failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation.
